About Our Business
Marrocco Property Management has been rooted in property management since the early 1980s, when Steve and Ivy Marrocco purchased their first property in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Over the years, we developed a deep appreciation for every part of the business—from tenant relations and property maintenance to the day-to-day responsibilities of ownership. Through that experience, we saw an opportunity to provide a higher standard of service: one built on clear communication, honesty, and full-time support for property owners.
We believe owners should have real visibility into their investments and confidence in how their properties are being managed. That is why we maintain open lines of communication and provide prompt updates, transparent decision-making, and hands-on oversight.
